About

In this module:

  • The “We Want to Win” activity – a fun and engaging game that provides in depth learning of the signals customers display when they are ready to buy and how to influence them to make that sale.

Aims:

  • Question how likely customers are to buy based on their ‘buying signals’.
  • Discover how you can turn a non-buying customer into a buying customer.

Time:

This length of this exercise depends upon the options you chose: 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes.

Group size:

Ideally, 4-16 people per session.

Useful for:

Those with a sales responsibility.

You’ll need:

Trainer pack and handouts – available in downloads.

  • 16 felt pads.
  • Dice.
  • “We Want to Win” cards.
  • “Not Buying Customers” cards.
  • “I Want to Buy” cards.
  • “Turnaround” cards.
  • Handout 8 – Will your customer buy?
