These training materials will introduce delegates to the importance of having a positive approach to change.

IN THIS MODULE:

  • A discussion on the importance of having a positive approach when managing change.
  • The “Calming Conflict” exercise which is a fun and engaging exercise to demonstrate the power of positive versus negative language and body language when managing difficult situations.
  • An exercise in small groups on how to support employees during the change process.

AIMS:

  • Recognise the importance of taking a positive approach to change.
  • Have a better understanding of the impact body language can have on others.
  • Learn to support employees during change.

TIME:

1 hour.

GROUP SIZE:

Ideally, 4-16 people per session.

USEFUL FOR:

Those with management responsibility.
