Delegation

Through interactive exercises and activities this one-hour module explores how to effectively delegate. These training materials will help delegates assess their current delegation skills and show the benefits of mastering this skill.

IN THIS MODULE:

• Delegation skills self-assessment
• An exercise in pairs where delegates need to create their own definitions
• Exercise to assess delegation skills

Group Size:

Ideally, 4-12 people per session.

SUITABLE FOR:

Staff of all levels.

TIME:

1 hour and 10 minutes.

YOU’ll NEED:

• Trainer pack and handouts – optional PowerPoint included.
• Sticky notes and pens (you will need to provide this)
• Paper (you will need to provide this)
• “Effective Delegation” activity cards – printable PDF version included with “training materials only” or select “training materials plus activity cards” to have a professionally printed set posted to you.
