This diversity and inclusion training course covers fundamentals on the subject, including understanding difference, how discrimination can occur at work and practical discussions and activities on how staff should approach tricky situations. As the world around us becomes more diverse, there is also a need to have a greater awareness of others and indeed increase our own self-awareness. Modules also include the fascinating subject of ‘unconscious bias’ – looking beyond legislation which is essential to achieve effective working relationships.

This course has 3 manager modules and 3 employee modules which are suitable for staff of all levels, including management and senior management (although this may not be required).
These training materials have been designed to be delivered by managers or facilitators and are suitable for people without much training experience as our trainer notes are so comprehensive. We have alternative versions of this course which are designed to be delivered by trainers
