Grievances – knowledge check

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Modules 1-6 from the grievance course will need to be delivered before this module, as it recaps on knowledge learnt in them.

IN THIS MODULE:

‘Snap’ game based on grievance questions from the training.

AIMS:

To embed knowledge learnt in previous modules.

TIME:

1 hour.

GROUP SIZE:

12 people.

USEFUL FOR:

Those with management responsibility.

YOU’ll NEED

• Trainer pack and handouts (including post course activity).
• Playing cards – we suggest using large cards i.e. A4 but smaller cards will also work./li>
