• A competitive Team Building Challenge activity to demonstrate effective methods of team building.
• A challenging exercise that will push delegates out of their comfort zone to identify opportunities that motivate or engage.

AIMS:

• Identify the importance of team building in motivating and engaging employees.

Time

• 1 hour and 30 minutes.

• 12 people.

• Trainer pack and handouts – available in downloads.
• Flipchart paper (up to 40 sheets depending on the number of groups).
• Sticky tape.
• Projector and screen or similar (to view video clips).
