The clue is in the title APPRAISE, which means to review; to consider what is working well, what isn’t working well, what targets and improvements need to be made and (the nice bit!) praise when they have done a great job!
IN THIS MODULE:
- An introduction into what an appraisal review is and why it is important.
- An activity to explore the delegates past experiences with appraisals – the positive and the negative.
- An exercise in three teams to determine the benefits of the appraisal process.
AIMS:
- Define what is meant by an appraisal.
- Identify the benefits of conducting appraisals.

1 hour.

Ideally 6-12 people.
