About
In this module:
- To understand how having a good knowledge of the products or services you are offering is a vital part of the sales process.
- An activity in small groups to identify how delegates can gain better product/service knowledge.
- The “Lets Go Shopping” activity – a fun role play activity to get delegates thinking about how they will share their new knowledge with customers.
Aims:
- Identify blocks to sharing product/service knowledge with customers.
- Practise sharing knowledge with customers.
Time:
120 minutes.
Group size:
Ideally, 4-16 people per session.
Useful for:
- Those who are new to sales.
- Those who are not in a profession sales role but have some sales responsibility or impact on sales (i.e. consultants, front of house staff etc.)
You’ll need:
- Trainer pack and handouts
- “Let’s Go Shopping” cards – printable PDF version included with “training materials only” or select “training materials plus activity cards & buzzer” to receive a professionally printed set through the post.
