Managing change – test your knowledge

In this module:

• A fun and engaging exercise in two teams using buzzers to test delegates learning during the training and help them to put knowledge into practice.

• To test delegates learning.

Time:

30 minutes.

Group size:

Ideally, 4-16 people per session.

Useful for:

Those with management responsibility.

You’ll need:

• Trainer pack and handouts – available in downloads.
• Buzzers – provide your own or select “training materials plus activity cards and buzzer” to receive one through the post.
