In this module:

  • An introduction and mini exercise to show delegates the importance of understanding the customer’s needs.
  • The “I Want to Sell” activity – a fun and energising activity which explores solution selling.
  • A group discussion to help delegates find ways to put solution selling into practice every day.

Aims:

  • Discover solution selling and how it can be effectively used.

Time:

90 minutes.

Group size:

Ideally, 4-16 people per session.

Useful for:

Those with a sales responsibility.

You’ll need:

  • Trainer pack and handouts.
  • “I Want to Sell” cards – printable PDF version included with “training materials only” or select “training materials plus activity cards” to receive a professionally printed set through the post.
  • Handout 1 – Solution selling.
  • Handout 2 – Solution selling exercise.
