In this module:

  • A thought provoking YouTube clip for your delegates to watch.
  • Exercises that provide an opportunity for your delegates to explore the differences between ‘hard sell’ and ‘soft sell’ and give delegates time to think about how selling does not have to be completely out of their comfort zone.

  • Generate an in-depth discussion around sales.

Time:

This length of this exercise depends upon the options you chose: 60 minutes or 120 minutes.

Ideally, 4-16 people per session.
