These training materials are based around fictional grievance scenarios in a busy, customer-facing workplace. Delegates will be asked to identify if they are genuine grievances, to consider if the information requires any investigation and to plan how they will conduct the grievance investigation – including at least six questions that will be asked during the investigation.
