About

Our grievance scenarios are perfect for trainers who are short on time or don’t have specialist knowledge in this area. You can use them as they are, but the best part is, they’re fully editable. Feel free to add your own examples, wording, logo, or branding to make them your own.

In this module:

This is a scenario based module, you can tailor the scenarios to a specific sector/organisation if required. Grievance scenarios have been created, which are set around a fictional, busy, customer-facing workplace and delegates will be asked to identify if they are genuine grievances, to consider if the information requires any investigation and to plan how they will conduct the grievance investigation – including at least six questions that will be asked during the investigation.

Aims:

  • Learn how to handle a grievance situation.

Time:

1 hour.

Group size:

Up to 12 people per session.

Useful for:

Those with management responsibility.
