This is a scenario based module. Grievance scenarios have been created, which are set around a fictional, busy, customer-facing workplace and delegates will be asked to identify if they are genuine grievances, to consider if the information requires any investigation and to plan how they will conduct the grievance investigation – including at least six questions that will be asked during the investigation.
