IN THIS MODULE:
- Using interactive activities, this module explores what needs to be done if you are suddenly faced with the need to commence disciplinary proceedings or have to manage absence during a grievance process.
- A optional summary activity which gets delegates to consider issues discussed in this module.
AIMS:
- Learn how to handle absences during grievance.
- Recognise when disciplinary proceedings are required as part of dealing with a grievance.
TIME:
35 minutes or 45 minutes if you want to include the optional, additional activity.
