Can I see an example module before purchasing?
If you are a new customer, you can purchase a module for just £9 (+VAT) - please contact us using the details above and we will email you a discount code.
Why are there different sections? Manager, Trainer and International.
To ensure the training meets individual needs, we have split the content into three sections and tailored the content towards for the person who will be delivering the training. Our international content can be used to deliver training outside of the UK, whereas the other two libraries are designed for UK audiences.
Are there any discounts available?
Discounts will be automatically applied if you purchase over 5 modules, the more you purchase the bigger the discount will be. You can find out more about discounts on our pricing page.
How do I know the training material is good quality?
The content on this site has been created by our sister company Jaluch. The materials are all tried & tested, kept up to date and constantly improved to ensure maximum engagement. If you would like to see testimonials from Jaluch and Training Wizard clients please email us using the contact details above and we would be happy to provide you with some.
Unfortunately we can only accept card payments at this time.
How do I access the training once I've purchased?
All purchased modules will be downloadable from the 'your account' section, you will also be able to return to the individual module pages and download content from there.
Will anything be posted to me?
It depends, some modules only have downloadable materials in which case nothing will be posted. Some modules have activity cards, timers and other props for use in games and exercises - you will receive these in the post if you have purchased a full course or you have selecting training materials plus (items included in that module will be listed) rather than purchasing training materials only.
