Joining instructions will be emailed to all attendees before the session which will include a Zoom link. We recommend that you have Zoom downloaded on your device, rather than trying to access the session using a web browser. You can view the system requirements on the Zoom website.
Attendees should aim to log into the session 10 minutes before the start time, just in case there are any technical issues you need support with. We will have a tech host on standby throughout the day, who can help with any problems you experience.
As this is an interactive session, attendees will need access to a webcam, speakers and microphone. Stable, strong internet connection will also be required. If you are joining from a shared space then we would also recommend using a headset for the best sound quality and to minimise disruptions.
