IN THIS MODULE:
An exercise in pairs or small groups using “The GROW Model” cards, exploring different real life coaching scenarios.
AIMS:
To practice coaching skills and the GROW model in a given scenario.
Time
1 hour and 30 minutes.
Group Size:
Ideally, 4-16 people per session.
USEFUL FOR:
Those with management responsibility.
YOU’ll NEED:
- Trainer pack and handouts – optional PowerPoint included.
- Sticky notes – you will need to supply these.
- “The GROW Model” cards – PDF version included with training materials only or receive a professionally printed set through the post by selecting training materials plus activity cards.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This module directly follows on from ‘The GROW coaching module’ which would need to be completed first.
