These training materials will introduce delegates to the importance of having a positive approach to change.
In this module:
- A discussion on the importance of having a positive approach when managing change.
- The “Calming Conflict” exercise which is a fun and engaging exercise to demonstrate the power of positive versus negative language and body language when managing difficult situations.
- An exercise in small groups on how to support employees during the change process.
Aims:
- Recognise the importance of taking a positive approach to change.
- Have a better understanding of the impact body language can have on others.
- Learn to support employees during change.
Time:
1 hour.

Ideally, 4-16 people per session.
