Dealing with difficult issues

IN THIS MODULE:

• “Your Worst Scenario” exercise – an activity designed to highlight the different situations that each person might find difficult.
• The “Difficult Situation” card game – an engaging task that can be roleplayed to demonstrate how to approach a variety of challenges with staff.

AIMS:

To create strategies and practical techniques for dealing with difficult coaching issues.

Time:

40 minutes.

Group Size:

Ideally, 4-16 delegates per session.
