These training materials are designed for any organisation that recognises the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. There are six modules in total, three specifically for managers and three modules which are suitable for everyone. We have included comprehensive trainer notes with the course so anyone can pick up and easily deliver the course, even without prior training experience.

TRAINING COURSE CONTENTS:
Managing diversity and inclusion is a subject that requires constant review. It is not a one size fits all formula. Staff, managers and maybe even clients will be changing which means you don’t just need retraining of the ‘same old’, but ‘pro-training’ to be ahead of the game! Which is why we developed these easy-to-use diversity training materials.
This diversity and inclusion training course covers fundamentals on the subject, including understanding difference, how discrimination can occur at work and practical discussions and activities on how staff should approach tricky situations. As the world around us becomes more diverse, there is also a need to have a greater awareness of others and indeed increase our own self-awareness. Modules also include the fascinating subject of ‘unconscious bias’ – looking beyond legislation which is essential to achieve effective working relationships.
