In this module:
- An introductory group discussion on the delegates current sales skill knowledge and opinions of the company’s current sales skills performance as a whole.
- A group discussion to ensure that delegates understand that part of their role is to sell.
- The “Developing Sales Skills” activity – this is a great opportunity for delegates to self assess their sales skills.
Aims:
- Discover the importance of being able to make sales.
- Examine the skills needed in making sales.
Time:
80 minutes.
Group size:
Ideally, 4-16 people per session.
Useful for:
Those who are new to sales, or those who are not in professional sales roles but are customer facing.
You’ll need:
- Trainer pack and handouts.
- Pre-course questions.
- “Developing sales skills” cards (1 set of 16 cards per delegate) – printable PDF version included with “training materials only” or select “training materials plus activity cards” to receive a professionally printed set through the post.
- Sticky notes – you will need to source these.
