These training course materials explore the five fair reasons for dismissal and through games and activities, provide a basis to help delegates understand what they are dealing with when it comes to discipline issues, whilst ensuring delegates understand legal terminology, best practice and what to do if they need to dismiss someone.
IN THIS MODULE:
- An optional pre-course discussion which to identify delegate’s learning needs and areas to focus on during the discussions and activities.
- Games and activities that explore the legally prescribed fair reasons for dismissal and how common place scenarios fall into these categories; some legal terminology relating to dismissals and an overview of what may happen if it all goes wrong.
