Performance – knowledge check (trainer)

IN THIS MODULE:

• An option of two activities to reinforce what delegates have learnt.
• The ‘Hot Buzzer’ activity – a lively quiz where two teams compete to answer questions as quickly as possible.
• What we know about performance management – a consolidation activity in teams where delegates create ‘ a walk through’ of their learning.

AIMS:

To consider what the delegates have learnt about performance management.

Time

1 hour.

Group Size:

Ideally, 4-16 people per session.

Those with management responsibility.

YOU’ll NEED

• Trainer pack and handouts – optional PowerPoint included.
• Two Buzzers – source your own or select “training materials plus buzzers”.
• Flipchart and pens.
• Creative art materials (optional).
• Props, hats, coats, etc. (optional).
