Recruitment skills and qualities

IN THIS MODULE:

• Re-cap on pre-course questions if issued before training (optional).
• A closer look at some interesting (and alarming!) stats.
• An exercise looking at key skills and qualities.
• An exercise looking at how to deal with concerns.

AIMS:

• Identify the skills and qualities required to conduct an effective interview.
• Recognise what can go wrong in interviews and the consequences.

TIME:

1 hour. Allow an additional 20-30 minutes if you work through the pre-course questions first. There is also an additional final activity which takes 10 minutes.

GROUP SIZE:

12 people.

USEFUL FOR:

Those with management responsibility or that are responsible for recruitment.
