About
People react to change in different ways. The change curve is routinely referred to when looking at individual responses to change. These training materials explore the change curve so that delegates will have a sound understanding of the stages of changes, typical behaviours and emotions associated with those stages. By understanding the possible reactions to change, delegates will be able to start working towards developing skills to help people deal with these emotions.
In this module:

- A scenario based exercise to help delegates practice reactions to change based on the category they fall into (innovator, early adopter, followers, saboteurs).
