Customer service – test your knowledge

IN A NUTSHELL:

A fun activity to test delegate knowledge knowledge and provide an opportunity to recap on some of the learning at the end of the course. Please note, this may not be applicable if you have only delivered one or two modules from the customer service course.

TIME

This exercise will take approximately 30 minutes.

Group Size:

12 people.

Staff of all levels, who have customer service responsibility.
