- A fun exercise with delegates acting out different emotions to learn about body language.
- A verbal game teaching delegates about the power of tone of voice.
- “Criticism or Constructive Feedback?” card game – a fun way to learn how to deliver constructive feedback.
- An exercise covering the basic structure of a coaching meeting.
AIMS:
- To define the importance of all aspects of communication when coaching including body language and tone of voice.
- To model constructive feedback in scenarios and ensure this is not received as criticism.
