The GROW coaching model

IN THIS MODULE:

• A short flipchart exercise introducing the GROW model.
• A small group activity identifying the questions required for each stage.
• Activity using the GROW model in a real-life scenario.

AIMS:

• To identify the four elements of the GROW model and create questions for each stage.
• To practice coaching in a real-life scenario using the GROW model.

Time:

1 hour and 30 minutes.

Group Size:

Ideally up to 12 people.

Those with management responsibility.

• Trainer pack and handouts – optional PowerPoint available.
• Sticky notes – you will need to supply these.
