- Flipchart/handout exercise looking at competencies that are desired/required
- Role play interview activity where delegates experience two very different types of interview.
- Identify the different options for interview and explore the competency areas applicable to their organisation.
- Evaluate pre-recorded interviews and give feedback for improvement.
