These training materials are designed to help delegates practice their change management skills, including team working, planning, time management. The materials contain three scenarios ‘growing pains, restructure and merger (TUPE)’ related to managing change, the most relevant can be selected for delegates to work through, practising skills, to generate the most successful outcomes.
This module is designed for face-to-face, classroom training but the content can be modified to use in virtual classroom training (Zooms, Teams etc.)
In this module:
- A brainstorming exercise to get delegates really thinking about the skills they need to manage change.
- A fun exercise in small groups with a thought challenging surprise to test delegates change management skills.
- An exercise designed to help delegates understand the process of TUPE and what it means.
Aims:
Develop the essential skills required when managing change.
Time:
1 hour, but there is an optional activity which would require a further 20 minutes.
Group size:
Ideally, 4-16 people per session.

Those with management responsibility.

Trainer pack, handouts and optional PowerPoint (included).
Please note: Delegates will need to have a good understanding of the theory and practice behind managing change before this module is delivered, either by delivering several modules from this course before or your own training materials and using this module as an add on. You can integrate this information within the course before you complete the scenarios. It is indicated within the course materials where you need to provide this information.
