The status quo

IN THIS MODULE:

• A short flipchart exercise on the importance of the status quo.
• A scenario-based activity on identifying the root causes of workplace issues.

AIMS:

• To question and change the status quo in the workplace.
• To identify the root causes of problems or workplace challenges.

Time:

1 hour.

Group Size:

Ideally, 4-12 people per session.

USEFUL FOR:

Staff of all levels.

YOU’ll NEED:

• Trainer pack and handouts – available in downloads.
• “Root cause” activity cards – a printable PDF version is include with “training materials only” or select “training materials plus activity cards” to receive a professionally printed set in the post.
• Blank flipchart paper and pens – you will need to provide these.
