  • When is a grievance not a grievance? Scenario-based activity where delegates have to identify potential grievance situations.
  • A discussion on the law and the causes of grievances.

  • Recognise a grievance, or instances of bullying and harassment.
  • Discuss the law around dealing with a grievance.

45 minutes.
