In order to create a truly inclusive culture and a working environment that respects and supports diversity, all employees need to be involved and take responsibility for diversity and inclusion – not just the managers and organisation’s leaders. This one-hour training module provides an introduction to diversity and inclusion by emphasising the importance of an inclusive workplace culture through interactive activities.
IN THIS MODULE:
- An introduction to the importance of diversity and inclusion and the statistics behind it.
- How well do you know the world we live in? A quiz that explores some interesting statistics.
AIMS:
- To recognise different behaviours, attitudes and values.
- To identify why diversity and inclusion is important.
Time:
Approximately 1 hour.
Group Size:
Ideally 6-12 people. Training materials are reusable.
USEFUL FOR:
This module is suitable for everyone. There are other modules in this course which are aimed at those with management responsibility.
