- The ‘How Was That’ activity – a fun target game on how to give constructive feedback as opposed to criticism.
- An introduction to coaching in order to help managers to support employees seeking to improve performance.

- Practise giving a variety of feedback.

- Trainer pack and handouts – optional PowerPoint included.
- “How was that?” activity cards – printable PDF version included with “training materials only”.
- Wobbler.
- Six soft balls.
