These training materials provide an introduction and harassment in the workplace by taking a look at some situations and definitions, they also explore when through bullying and harassment grievances can occur.
IN THIS MODULE:
- An introduction to bullying and harassment flowed by a scenario-based activity where delegates discuss to see if bullying or harassment has taken place.
- An easy 3-step process to follow for grievances.
- The challenging times activity – where delegates work in groups to come up with responses for situations they may find themselves in at work.
AIMS:
- To identify instances of bullying and harassment.
- To recognise how to manage grievances.
Time:
1 hour and 10 minutes.
Group Size:
Ideally 6-12 people per session. Training materials can be adapted to suit smaller or larger groups.

Those with management responsibility or people who are responsible for diversity initiatives.
