Our training materials on understanding common grievances are perfect for trainers who are short on time or don’t have specialist knowledge in this area. You can use them as they are, but the best part is, they’re fully editable. Feel free to add your own policies, wording, logo, or branding to make them your own.
In this module:

- Grievances caused by management styles.

Aims:
- Discuss how to deal with allegations of bullying or harassment.
- Identify types of discrimination.
- Name the nine protected characteristics.
