Our world is ever changing, there always seems to be something on the go. Never has the workplace been more changeable with nothing seeming to stay still for long. These training materials explore different types of change that might be experienced in the workplace (minor versus major) and take a closer look at at impact avoiding change can have on organisations and individuals.
In this module:
- A discussion on the changes that delegates are likely to encounter and how to deal with them.
- A fun exercise in teams looking at how stakeholders should be involved in change.
Aims:
- Distinguish the different types of change.
- Explore what change means.
- Understand the impact of avoiding change.
Time:
1 hour. Allow an additional 10-15mins if you’d like to include the pre-course questions.
Group size:
Ideally, 4-16 people per session.
